    **** runs this Airbnb hosting business where she manages rental properties for owners. Hospitality and customer service are fundamental to her business and this review is concerning our terrible experience as guests at a listing **** hosted. We stayed at a property she was managing and during our stay the toilet started leaking from the bottom where it meets the floor. We contacted **** (sent her detailed pics and videos of the issue) and she just stopped responding to us. She did nothing to help resolve it and ignored us while we were left staying in an apartment that was now stinking. Since we were paying $300/night we requested a partial reimbursement. After which, in classic toxic behavior pattern, **** retaliated by leaving us a bad review claiming we were bad guests. True hospitality is about how you handle problems and ensure guests have a smooth stay and **** has a lot to learn there. Highly recommend that property owners work someone else and any guest who might see this avoid Airbnb listings hosted by ****.
