    Ordered something from their website on October 14th. On October 19th received an email stating the product was in the final completion and with their ************************** and that it would soon be shipped and they would provide a tracking number once it went out. Heard nothing. Monday, October 28th sent them an email through the "contact us" link on their website page and a few hours later received a **** tracking number that a label was created on the 16th. Contacted them again yesterday because yet still as of right now, product has not been shipped. They say it's because severe weather and the shipping company is trying to "catch up". Not sure where this severe weather is but I have seen nothing on the news regarding severe weather in ********** right now. I think that was just their excuse because everyone uses that now... Can't use COVID anymore. Should have done my research and not hastily ordered a product from a ****** Search. All I wanted was something for a friends dog who passed away over two weeks ago.

    Shipped to undeliverable address when everything was correct and I receive packages on the regular at this address. Its like pulling teeth trying to speak to anyone at this company, *** used them before with great success but the customer service is now non existent. Now the package is in limbo and I get no response, will be charging this back on my credit card

    **********, don't order from this company. I ordered two anniversary mugs (one with ******** dogs and other with husband and our dogs). My mug arrived, but instead of my husband's they sent one that said "they didn't burn witches, they burned women".When trying to reach customer service by phone, I am asked to download a line 2 app". ******** company and deserving of a F BBB rating.

    I too would give ZERO stars if I could. Never ever order from this company ! I ordered a Collar Stand for my dear friend who lost her dog. I was initally impressed that the company sent me an order confirmation. I knew it would take some time to make the custom order. However I started getting emails, sometimes 3 a day, saying "your order is ready to ship" "your order has shipped" "your order has almost shipped"....this went on & on. When I emailed them (could not find a customer service number that worked) I got more emails saying a ticket had been created & at the same time emails that said "your ticket was not created successfully" - seems they have a lot of bugs in their systems. Never got an answer to my simple question of why my order had not shipped. From the trackng information I could see my item sat somewhere for OVER 2 weeks not moving & every time I emailed the company I got more conflicting & useless system generated emails. I finally got the *********** am not impressed with the quality at all. For all the advertising they do about their quality I think they could do a much better job. Will not be ordering from them again.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase anything from this company. They will drag their feet with your order and tell you it has shipped when the tracking information shows the carrier is still waiting to receive the package. I hope nobody else gets scammed from this website.
