  I went through a training program earlier this month and it was fantastic! Being in *********** for 46 years and owning 4 companies I have seen many marketing and sales programs and approaches. RD Training Systems is the best hands down! ******************* and his staff assembled a top-notch panel of experts which showed us various techniques &business models they had incorporated in their businesses.   After many years in the real estate business, I found a gem in RD Training Systems. They provided me with the tools and systems that were crucial for growing my business, particularly in today's tough market. Their approach is straightforward and practical, and it has all the systems I can duplicate.I appreciated the clear, no-nonsense training sessions. They were easy to understand and immediately applicable, which is essential at my age.   RDTraining Systems has an extremely and unfair cancelation/refund policy. I was under medical care and legally mentally incapacitated at the time I signed an agreement with this service. I am now permanently disabled am not a Realtor anymore and therefore cannot use their systems and didn't attend their conference. I reached out many times to RDSystems to inform them of this and they continued to charge my credit card. I have now opened a complaint with the BBB and have been fighting to get them to refund my money or at minimum come to some type of agreement on a cancelation fee to which they have been totally inflexible.It is illegal to enter a contract in ********** if someone is under the influence of heavy drugs (which I was at the time) furnished them evidence from a doctor and they fail to obey the law. I cannot use their services and therefore this has been a complete waste of money for which I have received nothing in return for my significant financial burden.

  So excited to be going to a class that would boost my sales by 100% (that is what I was told by the owner of this company when he was soliciting the realtor group in our area. I was new to the field of real estate and thought this would help me with marketing and healthy tactics. Unfortunately, what I found was that it was more of the same kind of teaching the Ninja describes, and so many other free classes that local realtor agency provides, as well. There were several tactics that I found to be on the boarder of "unethical" and undermining. I was so uncomfortable with that as I found it to be highly manipulative. FURTHERMORE, they tell you that promotion service are provided for FREE, and it was NOT free, in fact, false leads were the main outcome. THE ***** part was the immediate follow up phone presentations. They sent over material, and the person who presented on the phone call read the whole thing verbatim!!! Really insulting and a waste of time. I was just disheartened by the whole experience, and paid $6000, plus travel to attend something that wasn't any more constructive than CE unit courses, and highly misleading when promoting the class. Don't throw away your money.....

Once your services were restored, you made the decision to cancel right away without allowing the systems to work for you as intended. It's important to note that the effectiveness of our services relies on your active engagement and implementation of the strategies and systems provided, not your satisfaction or opinion. Although we provide all the tools, systems, and training, we cannot force you to utilize them. Throughout the process, you did not reach out for assistance or support, except for social media issues caused by a credit card dispute initiated by you. As a responsible company, we prioritize client success and offer comprehensive support. If you had contacted us, we would have gladly assisted you and set you up on a one-on-one coaching call to get you on track.
