    I loved physicaladdress.com for years. I used them personally and set them up with a few business I work for. In the last year though, the service has become rather abysmal. I've gotten mail months after it was sent, important notices that we needed the info on to update tax rates, etc. Not getting these notices caused extra accounting headaches. But worse that not getting general mail . . . every debit or credit card sent to that address (multiple accounts) in the last year has never shown up in the mailboxes. Fortunately none if the credit/debit cards were used but regardless, it has been a problem. When I had them resent to an actual address, I received them no problem. I've called to complain and ask if maybe there was new staff. They said I'd get a call back but they never called. I've been hanging on and hoping they'd correct the issues but it is still happening. I was so happy for so long, I wanted to make it work but I can no longer just not receive my mail. Changing an address is such a pain but I'm now in search of a new service.

    I've been using this company for six years now - both at their ********* location and ************ location. Absolutely no complaints about this whatsoever. They were especially a lifesaver during Covid and especially now that I travel a lot. Their online interface is straightforward and easy to manage as I'm hopping around the globe. If and when I need my mail scanned or physically sent to me, they are available.

    Physical address is the best in the industry by far. They own their own locations and our very customer focused. If you call them a real person answers the phone or calls you right back. Been with them for a while. Their software is not the best looking but it works and it is very fast and functional. If you request a content scan it usually happens pretty quickly. No complaints.

    Worse service award!!Do Not Use Physical Address!!!Half of the mail gets lost, the other half takes 20+ days to get...Bad, Bad customer Service!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR MAIL WILL GET LOST AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU! I hope at least one person reads this and runs far away from this company. Zero customer service. Calls and emails are returned 24 hours later. No one wants to help me solve the problem of 10+ pieces of mail being lost because the mail isn't tracked. I spoke to the manager from ********* and you could just tell he was unhappy being on the phone with me. Wouldnt help me solve the problem just kept whining like a little girl on how its not the company's fault. Told me I could buy another address and see how that goes. There was no trying to solve the issue. Why would I want to pay for another address through this company when already my mail is missing? How about they look into it or offer me one month free trial of another address through their company. You know to show me that their company is legit, not a scam, and that my mail will be received. One month ago before using my new address through this company, not ONE single piece of mail was lost. Now, every day I have customers coming out of the woodwork asking if we received their samples in the mail only for us to realize that it is lost in the mail. Im not saying that this company itself is losing my mail - perhaps the issue is with the postmaster down there, but no one wants to help me solve it. So now I will have to find another company to use or go back to using the **** again. Physicaladdress doesn't care about you. Its all about the almighty dollar.

    We have worked with this client to offer her alternatives, including providing her with a new address at one of our other locations at no cost to her for several months. We have also sent tracked test items to see where the delays are stemming from, also at no cost to the client.We make every effort to process mail the same day it is delivered, however, we cannot process mail that is still in transit to **. We attempted to explain this to the client, however, every attempt was unsuccessful. We have made every effort previously and will continue to strive to make ********* a satisfied client as her account is still open and active.
