    On 12/6/22, I executed a contract with Wine Cellar Designers Construction, LLC, License No: ****** and ***** ********** to build a custom wine wall for $87,000 and made a 50% deposit. On 6/10/2023, I advanced an additional $10,000. In July 2023, I became aware of litigation between ***** ********** and ********** Construction see below. I realized that I was being scammed, only 30% of the work had been completed and I was exposed to a $27,000 loss on my deposits. I also confirmed with his largest vendor that he never made the vendor deposit with my money. I decided to terminate the contract on 8/18/2023. He filed personal bankruptcy on 8/29/23 see below.8/29/23 United States Bankruptcy Court Chapter 13 - Personal Bankruptcy ******* ******* ********** and ***** ********** 12/14/23 I filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. The State Board is investigated the following items:Executing a contract without a valid license.Falsely using someone elses license.Operating without valid worker's compensation insurance.Taking an initial deposit in excess of 10%.8/23/2024 Orange County Superior Court IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff ********** CONSTRUCTION, **** shall recover from Defendant ***** **********, individually and doing business as CUSTOM WINE CELLAR the principal amount of $230,400.I will not recover any of my $27,000 deposit loss but would like to make people aware of the three factual events described in this review.
