    I got mine yesterday an so far I love it it connected perfectly an all functions works as they should. I don't know ow why sone are having issues but I love it. ?? definitely a great watch for thise on a tight budget ??

    Touch screen stoped working after two weeks on my 3+. Battery life only lasted a day at best after the two weeks. Spent a month trying to fix or get replaced. They want you to jump through hoops and send back on your own dime. Be sure and keep the original box and receipt. Luckily where I purchased helped me with those things. **************** is non existent. Sent it back on my own dime, then tracked it to the place they wanted it shipped. Sent email, asking for follow up that it was there. No response! Its pitiful that in todays time and the many ways to communicate that this company will take your money and not have any remorse for their pour customer service. Honestly, it could be the best watch around, but with this customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere for you next watch. Its really not about the money. Its the principle.

    DO NOT PURCHASE 3PLUS watches. 3Plus does not support it's product. It obsoletes a working watch by disabling the App with no notification and apologizes for the inconvenience. It provides no support to get the watch working with software and expects the owner to purchase another watch.

    I have a 3Plus Vibe+ fitness watch. I was using the original 3Plus Fitness app on Android and it updated recently and suddenly I was completely unable to login to the app or do anything with my watch. I tried logging in with my email, my ******** and my ****** account nothing would work. I emailed customer support and they told me the ********************** Fitness app was discontinued on 5/31 and to switch to the 3Plus Pro app. With the 3Plus Pro app my watch would not pair to the app with the ** code or by trying to pair it manually. I emailed customer service again and they told me my Vibe+ isn't compatible with the 3Plus Pro app because of "hardware limitations". Here's the kicker, the Vibe+ is listed in the Add Devices menu on the 3Plus Pro app. So, why is it listed in the new app if it's not even compatible to begin with? 3Plus customer service and their app developers are incompetent. My Vibe+ watch is now a completely useless paperweight!
