      My experience with Arrow Disposal Services has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of response and refusal to take responsibility for their negligence is unacceptable. I highly recommend researching alternative waste management companies before considering Arrow Disposal Services. I do not want anyone else to have a similar experience and suffer from their neglectful and unprofessional behavior. I would like to share my experience with Arrow Disposal Services in the hopes of preventing others from going through the same ordeal. We contacted this company via email to address the damages to our fence caused by one of their drivers. Unfortunately, our request for repair costs was completely ignored, showing a lack of responsibility and accountability on their part.The incident occurred when a container, carrying a weight of **** tons, was being transported by one of their drivers to our property and was negligently placed behind our building in the alleyway. Due to the lack of proper care, the container moved at least 5 feet and caused significant damage to our fence and gate. Despite providing evidence, including photographs and an invoice for the replacement of the damaged property, we have received no response except for a phone call stating that they will not pay for the costs.It is obvious that the lack of proper placement and control of the container caused the destruction of our property. This has caused us great inconvenience and financial loss. We hold Arrow Disposal Services fully accountable for their driver's actions and demand immediate reimbursement for all repair costs incurred.My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their negligence and unresponsiveness are unacceptable. I caution others to research alternative waste management companies before choosing Arrow Disposal Services. I do not want anyone else to suffer from their neglectful and unprofessional behavior.
