On March 8, 2018 The Contractors State License Board issued an Accusation in the State of California. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of Business and Professions Code prohibiting failing to exercise Qualifier’s responsibility, abandonment without legal excuse of any construction project, departing from trade standards, license personnel variation, employing non-registered salesperson, change order not incorporated in the contract, no notice describing substantial commencement of work, no heading or notice as to the mechanic’s lien, no notice regarding the CSLB, did not provide a 3 day right to cancel notice, no name or registration number of salesperson, and license name style variation.
