I just got a synthetic oil change and it came with executive car wash . When I went to get my car my fob/key was no longer in the car where I left it . The worker claimed said it was not in car . I acted quickly and asked for manager and said in Spanish, "donde esta mi llave..how could they disappear in the car wash he said , "no se " After insisting on finding my keys . A manager of the workers brought them to me from the back ..said I left them on top of car , cashier said they fell on the seat .. I an concerned for customers in the future of this Bait and switch technique to make the customer look like he lost the keys /fob ..Well my car run without the keys ?? so how would it be possible to get in out of the car wash about 30 yards .. without the keys. Everyone I talked to tried to claim thst I must of lost my fob not them .. I am concerned about this deception occurring there again . I really liked the man who worked on my car for oil change but what occurred at ******* is inexcusable ..Thank you for your time disgruntled patron of foothill Carwash ..

I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth after stopping by and getting an oil change. My car had no engine rumbling issues upon arrival. Once the oil change was completed by the mechanic, and ** after I already paid, the mechanic Informed me e that there ithe rumbling sound( As if it were. There before I got to the shop, which it wasn't )and it might be due to a electrical problem. Earlier.I had told them that I do not have much knowledge of cars. This seemed weird to me as again.I've had no issues with the car apart from needing an oil change.Once I started driving home indeed I started noticing that My car was shaking profuse** During short intervals. Once I arrived home I opened up the hood, and alas, a tube that should have most Obvious** been left connected Was detached.I plugged it back in and the problem was solved.Given the circumstances of the interaction I can't help but feel this mechanic was being dishonest with me. At best it was extreme incompetence that could have led to injury . At worst, There exists a possibility that this person was potential** being dishonest, Which is unacceptable. I I would not recommend. I would like The better business bureau to Look into this as this might happen to other people.Go to ****** s automotive down the street
