    Ugh I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before buying a printer from them.... This is a terrible company!!

    I have tried my best to work with this company to resolve my printer issues. I have had this printer less than a year and it started messing up in Sept. I ordered a new printer head and the it messed up again in December 2023. I contacted tech support and they said I needed 3 new parts totaling over $900 and this has not corrected the issues. I have sent pictures as requested to show I reinstalled all parts correctly and now I cant get anyone to respond to me. This is ridiculous! I am fed up with this. I have called and left messages and no one calls me back and now Im losing out on business because of their crappy printer and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I placed an order for ink and was told the order did not go through and to try again. I should have checked my statement online because the first one did go through and now I am double billed. I sent 3 emails and when they did reply on the 5th day they said: I apologize for this hassle.As you placed 2 separate orders for the same items, Both orders got shipped.Regards,*******************

    I am going to go to everywhere I know and blast this company until I get my money back! I have tried being nice, but I am out of 5K for their crappy printer that lasted less than 2 months. I am beyond frustrated and tired of communicating with these people through email. I am about to get a lawyer involved at this point because this is not right the way that they are ripping people off. If that doesn't work I will be making videos on ******* or anywhere I can! RUN AWAY from this company!! All they care about is making money off of you while leaving you with trash!!!
