  Great company. This is my 3rd year filling my taxes with Global Gate Mr. ******* the owner is very knowledgeable and Expert in the Financial field. I came with almost zero information about taxes and other financial matters , he gave me all the time to explain the information I needed in my case and answering all my concerns. Front Desk employee Ms. **** is welcoming, helpful and easy to reach out to . Highly recommended place for Both , Business & personal Tax .

  like to share my experience with Global Tax Gate. I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of their services, so I was optimistic that a larger company would ease the burden of handling my taxes and IRS issues by providing a dedicated point of contact. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. I've dealt with numerous individuals regarding my case, yet I still find myself in the dark and forced to repeat my situation multiple times. In the past had to wait 48 hours for a response from a case manager who seems to lack the necessary expertise. Communication has been poor, and I've received conflicting advice first being told to take one action, only to be later advised against it by another agent, which ultimately would of hurt my case. I feel that my case has been neglected and that the resolution process is unnecessarily prolonged.On a slightly more positive note, after speaking with *****, I felt much more at ease than I did with my case manager, *******. I also met with ******, the owner, who initially seemed reputable and assured me that he would personally help resolve my issue. However, I'm now uncertain whether he truly has my best interests at heart. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience, as I had hoped for a much less stressful process for me and my family. I really hope ****** can get his office in order.

  They have helped me tremendously with my tax debt. It did take a year, which they told me up front but it was well worth the wait. I didn't file until I contacted them. No all my years are up to date and I owe NOTHING to the Government. I know that I need to file every year to keep my offer from defaulting, so you have a customer for life!

  I wish I could give them ZERO Stars. I paid there $99.95 *** investigation fee and scheduled a meeting to review it for 3/7/2024 at 3pm. I never received the scheduled call and when I reached out, I was told he was stuck on a call with the *** at the time and I would receive a call when done. I never received a call so I sent a message explaining my hopes that I wouldn't be hustled by them. They took offense and offered me a refund to which I accepted. Then I was bombarded with verbal insults from there ************************* during the call to cancel and receive a full refund. The insults continued via text by other employees. I had to block them to stop receiving insults which included information I gave them during ***************. This is a very unprofessional business that should not be trusted!
