    Please stay away from ACRCwe strongly urge you to run in the opposite direction. Our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. They took an agency fee of $31,000, and yet our surrogate never even made it to the medical clearance stage. Timelines were ignored, promises were broken, and despite everything, they refused to refund the money.Their contract falsely claims the agency fee covers the entire journey, but that clearly wasnt honored. The entire experience has been marked by unethical practices, dishonesty, and deception. We are now being forced to hire legal representation just to try and recover what was unjustly taken from us. If you search the Orange County lawsuit directory you will find a civil ongoing against them. And another lawsuit by a surrogate. Also, there are many Ips you will find on ******** who had the similar experiences like ours.

    WARNING TO INTENDED PARENTS: if you are an intended parent, do not contract this agency! we have had to hire an attorney to fight for our money back after they flushed our escrow account prior to the ** receiving medical clearances, paying themselves for services they never ultimately rendered and then holding us hostage once their surrogate walked away, stating there was a backlog in surrogacy matching and wed have to wait months more to even receive matching options. Once they received payment in full and provided zero services, we were stuck and no longer a priority. All of their contracts have clauses to hide any potential litigation so youd never be mare aware.I have also posted honest and legitimate ****** reviews in order to warn others of the dangers of engaging this company, all of which theyve had scrubbed and keep disappearing in order to mislead individuals on ******. This agency requires a steep upfront deposit just to engage them - there are many other wonderful and legitimate companies that do not require your money up front in order to work with them. Reach out to me Im happy to share the research Ive done To help anyone else out there! This agency seeks to capitalize on a persons desperation to have children, these are not honest, moral or kind people to work with.
