    Purchased many pairs from them before but they recently changed their design which has s**** heads that hold the sunglass lens to the clip exposed and can scratch your eyeglasses which has happened to mine. The exposed screws have scratched both my frame and lens. They wont answer the phone or reply to my email. I went back and looked at previous clip-ons I had ordered and they have the screws sealed or have used a plastic push in tab instead of an exposed s**** Be careful buying from them. $1000 eyeglasses ruined

    Why in the world all these bad reviews? I'm in shock. ****** was absolutely honest. The clip ons are excellent. He returned every phone call and expedited my order. Great customer service. Please believe he is a Christian man and will do you right. So glad I chose this company. I don't understand these bad reviews.

    Paid $42 for shipping in order to receive clipons within 2-3 days. They still haven't arrived and today is day 6. Does not respond to emails.

    I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of clips and they replaced them at no cost and were very responsive to my emails with quick responses.

    This is a hit-and-miss company that has horrible customer service. I ordered 3 different clipons; two arrived good, but one did not fit the frame. After several days, I requested a repair and received notice that I would receive a new clip-on based on the images I sent. The new clipons still did not fit and after many phone calls, messages, and emails, there was no response. If the clipons are defective YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK so order at your own risk.

    Do not buy from this place! I returned my clipons for repair because the bar obstructed my vision. Followed their direction for returning them and they received them the following day. They never returned the clipons to me. I have emailed and called several times..they will not answer any emails or phone calls. So now I don't have the clipons and I am out the money I have paid. Sad that a business would be like this.

    We apologize for the late reply.  We did receive your item for repair. We did not have a chance to work on your order until yesterday.  We realized that we could not shorten the metal bar so that the bar will not block your view.  We have refunded you the whole amount; please check your credit card.

    Exactly what I wanted. Perfect fit over my RayBan Aviator eyeglasses. I ordered via the web on a Friday evening so not counting that first Saturday and Sunday, the whole process took 2 weeks.I am very satisfied

    We (my family) are regular customer and been using ******************** for our prescription glasses. My last purchased was on August 2023 and I had to send my Frames for custom fitting. I called and spoke to ******* about my order and the whole process took about a little over 2 weeks to received my frames and the ClipOn.

    I ordered a pair of clip-on sunglasses on 9/26/2023, A sipping label was created with a **** tracking # on 9/29 and today is 10/5. Still not in the hands of ***** So much for their promise of 4-5 day shipping.
