"PPM has declined in every way since we moved into these condos about 10 years ago, ***'s management companies are responsible for ensuring the association's financial stability and meeting its financial obligations as well as the maintenance and physical upkeep of the community. Powerstone has been failing over and over again while increasing *** fees to more than double since we moved in here due to mismanagement and poor planning of the work needed on the buildings through the years." ...
