      Was gifted a massage gun. It worked for ~30 uses over 2 years before turning on but not working otherwise. I contacted support and they responded right awaythey first thought it could be fixed by resetting it, then cleaning out dust (both of which did not help at all). I then got an automated email stating that it was out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. The products they sell clearly arent durable and they are not willing to reconcile it. Buyer beware.

      Looks like I'm not the only one!!!Read all complaints below and exactly what this company has done to me! They sell garbage to kids. Claim to back the product. make you jump through hoops and don't do anything to rectify the situation. Scamming kids out of toys is a new low! Do not buy sharper image or any other brands this company sells. I'll be dealing with Target next to show them the type of company they are putting on Target shelves. I've also contacted *** 7 on your side so the news can run a report on this scam of a company. Bbb complaint and my attorney. It's not even about the $12 RC bummer car that didn't work right out of the package anymore!! It's all about taking this company down for treatment like this to paying customers! MechSource ****** should be ashamed of themselves!!
