      Hello Mr. ************* apologize how this was handled.  Our system is set up to automatically opt consumers out when they follow the opt out instructions.  Our loan officer did not see your direct message, so the next response when out automatically.  He did see your subsequent message and removed you from our contact list.  The loan officer has been counseled that his response is not acceptable and in the future he will remove consumers when requested and inform them it has been done.

      I have an open compliant (********) but unable to reply to it. I wanted to let you know that I have now received 2 more calls after I have told them to Cease and Desist and informed them I am going to record and they stopped talking. Also, as soon as I ask "Who is it", they are quiet and don't say anything. The following numbers are: ************ (*************, **) 4/9/25 @ 1033 ************ (***********, **) 4/7/25 @ 1538 I have never been to any of the places that are calling me and I believe this is a big scam and needs to be addressed accordingly.

      Representatives from this company have called me several times a day for the past week. A particular Representative named ********* has called me a few of those times, but I remember him because he was extremely rude talking over me after I repeatedly asked to be placed on the do not call list for the company. I've asked to speak with a manager & that is when they hang up or pretend to transfer you, then hang up. When you call the numbers back, it goes straight to voicemail. The calls are mostly coming from a 953 area code.

      I continue to receive calls from this company inquiring about my property and the mortgage. I am on the do not call registry. Ive told them and every time they just hang up but when I asked for a supervisor, they still hang up so I cant get removed from the calls

      There are several companies with the name E Mortgage in them, so I can't be sure this is our company.  If this is one of our people it would helpful to know the name of the loan officer as this is not acceptable to us either.  I am adding you to our internal do not call list.

      This company calls many times a day, sometimes 5 times in half hour. Their practices are very scammer like; they buy information about people applying for mortgages or equity loans and then call and harass them incessantly. They refuse to stop calling, won't give me a Good faith ********* or any of their promises in writing,

      Based on the complaint I am not sure this is the right E Mortgage.  We are E Mortgage Capital Inc.  there are several companies with the name E Mortgage in their name.  Many of our customers appreciate that we reach out to them as we are often able to offer them a better deal.  Part of that would be providing a Loan Estimate to earn your business.  Our people are trained to earn your business.  Based on your complaint though I can see you do not wish to be contacted so I am adding you to our internal do not call list.  If you continue to receive calls it would be helpful to get the loan officers name because if they are with our company, they will be disciplined.
