  This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. They are essentially being paid for work that I am doing entirely on my own. I honestly dont understand how this company is still in business. Additionally, they required extremely personal information for their background checkfar more than Ive ever been asked to provide in any similar process. I do not feel secure or comfortable with how they handle sensitive data.

  Will not stop calling my office for an employee verification. I have answered all questions and completed verification multiple times. They are calling my office 3-5x per day and will not stop harassing my staff.

  Worst process ever! They spent almost two weeks sending me back-and-forth emails asking for information they were supposed to find themselves. Im basically doing their job, and even then, they still havent completed the background check.

  Worst experience ever. They claimed they couldnt verify my *** but never called my school. They used equifax. Then said I was in school and exited rather than stayed till 2020 because they misinterpreted thesis hours. They asserted my title was something it was not. Said they couldnt vouch for my self employment though I provided checks, bank statements, articles of incorp, EIN, etc. one of the **** hung up on me. It took forever for them to update my information and they were rude. Insulting to work with. But I still got the job.

  Dirtbags wanting me to remember exact dates from 20 years ago. Unrealistic. I provided all my pedigree info that would be needed to do a background check. Yet they kept coming back time and time again needing this document or that. They make you do all the leg work. I legitimately hate this company they need to go.

  Was offered a job and was told that Hire right would be the company doing the background check which was fine. So far I feel like I am doing the check on myself. I've given up every piece of information, I've been doing the leg work. Aren't they supposed to do that???? To be at a company for 5 1/2 and for them to tell me that couldn't verify it..is BS. So to verify I needed to submit my last stub and tax forms which made me feel super uncomfortable. My information is probably being sold as I type this. To anyone dealing with this company please lock down all 3 of your credit files to be safe...something seems sketchy.

  Had my start date pushed another week and will probably be pushed again. God knows why companies will use this company. Just look at the reviews! Ive never had this issue with mom and pop shops ever. They arent even doing my employment history which I can only imagine how much worse that would be than it already is. I hope to god I never have to use hire right again. Honestly if a company is using hire right I might not even apply! People cant wait weeks to start just for a background check!!!!!

  If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This organization has been nothing but a disappointment. They label information as unverifiable apparently without even contacting the references provided. They make promises to take action, only to consistently fail to follow throughthen disappear with zero follow-up.Ive made repeated phone calls, and at one point was told to expect results within 72 to 48 hours (yes, in that exact backwards order). Still, nothing happened. Other representatives claimed the process would take 15 dayswhich is completely unacceptable.This company handles sensitive personal information, yet I have no confidence in their ability to manage or protect that data appropriately. Its honestly baffling that any organization would choose to work with them.A thoroughly terrible experience from start to finish. That **** theres ever actually a finish.

  Worst experience I ever had to go through. The HireRight asked for documents. I uploaded all my Employment Verification documents and they still keep sending me emails to upload these documents. They said they could not reach certain employers, however if I gave you my social security and employers contact number. They still could not reach them. One is a car dealership. Car dealership always answer incoming cars especially if its a customer inquiring about a vehicle. So that was a lie. I called got two weeks to resolve this situation and two of their contact numbers went to a fax ringtone. This HireRight company is hold up my job which is imported. I passed everything else so whats the problem. I sent them my Employment W-2 forms and they are still requesting this information ater I sent them everything I have. I dont know why companies are using this HireRight company.
