      I had placed an order with Gumball.com for a candy machine in my classroom as part of an incentive program. I was told by the original confirmation of my order that I would be notified when it shipped. I have not received such an email and it has been 27 days since I made my purchase. I have emailed Gumball.com for support asking when I should expect it. I have received reply to all the emails I have sent in a timely manner, but nothing has come of them. I have been told on the first reply that my order was confirmed on my first email, that they would look into why it hasn't shipped on the second email, and I just sent at third. I understand that that things need to be assembled and at times back ordering happens for products, but to not help your customer after you have their money is not good business.

      Hi ***********,I see you recently emailed us about a replacement key for the gumball machine you purchased from us more than 18 months ago. We received your inquiry at 5:37am on 4/13/23. We're not open until 8:00am and but we responded to you promptly at 8:45am with a link to the replacement part and a detailed list of instructions on how to drill out the old lock on your machine. Over the next few days, my team had a cordial dialog with you, over email, about the how the specs had changed and which new parts would work for you. You then found a similar looking product for sale, at a cheaper price, on Amazon. We only sell new, factory original, replacement parts and have no way of knowing if the Amazon part you found was authentic and/or compatible. You and I both know that there are hundreds low quality goods and knock off products for sale on that marketplace.Anyhow, I was disappointed to see your review on BBB. I can appreciate you gripe about pricing if the lock works out but I'm confident that we went out of our way to be helpful and informative; providing help that you'd never find on Amazon.Our return policy can be found at ********************************************************************.       While I understand your position that "your team" provided great service, it simply didn't happen. Drilling out a lock on a new unit like this is non-sense. Your rep could have looked at my address and advised me to go to the manufacturer direct if your organization was truly customer-centric. After researching on my own, I simply drove to the manufacturer office here in ******** and they gave me the right key for 1/4 of the price you were charging. I'd say as the **** you should just use this scenario as customer service improvement opportunity. Your service rep was instructing me to order the wrong key by the way, this would have cost me a lot more time and money to get it right.
