    Worst customer servicee ever. I paid $856 for the Normatec3 Leg Boots....they sent me a DEAD unit. It literally will not power up. It is nothing but an expensive ROCK.I am trying to get them to send a working unit and I cannot find anyboty. I am just told to send an email into the ether The webside on the box itself doesnt work..it returs a 404 Error. My wife got a recommendation from her physical therapist for their product but I need to tell them to cease recommending because this comany will not respond at all.

    no stars. purchased the Hypervolt 2 quiet guide technology for $300 for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift because he was suffering from severe arm pain. We charged it overnight over and over and it would sometimes work for 10 minutes. We called the manufacture and we were told to try a different outlet. We did that, but with medical conditions with my boyfriend, he ended up having surgery and he went through and still going through physical therapy, we tried once gain to focus on this item called the manufacture because I just want to get my money back, we are talking about 300 dollars. They refused to refund me, instead they want to fix it. WE DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT, ITS TO EXPENSIVE FOR IT TO HAVE PROBLEMS. I would like them to man up and refund me my money. It would have worked we would be happy people and using it.

Im so sorry we were unable to connect in January, weve searched our email database and do not see any emails from the email address you have listed. From what I can tell, your unit is 8 months outside of our return policy to receive a refund. While you are within our 1 year warranty, our warranty covers manufacturer defects and we routinely repair and replace our devices in the rare occurrence this is needed. We are happy to replace your device with a brand new unit ASAP. However, as stated over your most recent email, we would need a proof of purchase to provide any sort of refund as this item was purchased through Amazon, our usual ways of searching for customer information is limited.     At first I thought this was a great company that delivered an excellent product. However, to my surprise, when my device started stalling out very easily then just completely died rendering my device completely useless. I reached out to customer support and they issued me a response, however, when I followed up to that response they have just completely left me in the dust. I have since then put in 2 additional requests just in case there was some sort of issue however, it's been over a week and I have heard absolutely nothing back from this company.No I am stuck with a useless device I paid near $200 for, and no company to contact to back their product up.They have no alternative forms of contact either. It's 2022 if you have no way for your customers to make contact effectively, that means your confidence in your product must be very low.I am disappointed I have to complain to the BBB hoping to get heard from the company.

    Purchased a Hypervolt. The machine itself works great. The first charger stopped working within 6 months of purchase. It's expensive enough, so it shouldn't do that. But I purchased another new charger, directly from the website. I was sent a charger that was already broken. It hasn't charged my Hypervolt at all. I tried 4 different outlets in the house, none produce the light that indicates it's charging. My Hypervolt is on its last charge. I write to the company on ******** and Instagram, no reply. I made an account with the website, and sent an email a week ago, with my order number and the fact that they sent me another defective charger. I've heard NOTHING back from them. I hate to resort to this, but when the warranty is only good for a year, I have now wasted two weeks not being able to use an expensive product. Not only that, but I'm sore from running and working out, and cannot get relief in my back without the Hypervolt. I've been more than patient, giving this company THREE chances to get back to me and make this right, but they just ignore my attempts to reach out. So now I am here. With a $400 product that is dead, and TWO chargers that are defective. Would not order from this company again, based on this experience. Definitely avoid.
