    I was told that I didn't qualify for defense forgiveness. They stole $900 and when trying to get money back, crickets. The process was extremely deceptive, don't trust them.

    Alumni Student Services. This guy, *********************** belittled me when I simply asked what the cost of the application process was. He also said I wasn't taking it seriously because all I cared about was the price. Duh, idiot. How am I supposed to pay you something if I don't have the money?!! What an a****** This guy does not deserve to work at a company that claims to help people. What a waste of life.

    Alliance Student Service mislead me, saying they would get me out of default, file a borrower defense for a fee ($1200), consolidate my school debt and after a certain amount of time, it'll be forgiven and paid off and my school debt will be dismissed. All they supposedly do is fill out paperwork for you, on your behalf. They can't get you out of default, and can't dismiss your school debt. They play on your vulnerability, the hope of getting your debt dismissed. They are manipulative. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM!!!!!!
