  When I spoke to the rep on the phone they assured me I would need to complete this process in order to get me student loan relief filed . I was unsure of the process but they assured I would Have the total amount paid off. Then at the End of the call when they had all my payment information he stated that he would like to let me know that there's no guarantee. When I called back and advised I did not want to proceed , That I have received a free application from the student loan service they advised that they could not refund my money because the payment had all ready been Processed, But that they would cancel any further payments. Then on the 1st of the month they took anther payment, when I called they told me the exact same thing and that I would receive a Refund for this Payment . I stated again very ****** that I've already been told this once and that I no longer want this service , she advised that it would be canceled. I do not want this service

  It is hard to contact with 2 options and redirected to other phone numbers. I am not satisfied with the service guarantee claim they provide. This is scam and Person I spoke to could not justify reason of no one being of service. I am requesting my money returned that was automatically paid from my account. I do not recommend this. I am requesting sn refund for the amounts that have been automatically taken for payments and cancel the services that were not standard to help with loan forgiveness program.

  Dear ******,You enrolled with us on 4/25/22. Your entire application process was finished 6/14/22.Attached to this complaint is the documents to get you approved for the programs. Then the approval letter confirming the services were rendered on our side. We've had multiple calls, texts, and email correspondence from you. We've kept you in the loop EVERY step on the way. We've done exactly what we were paid to do. Furthermore, we have a business number you called. #1 ask for customer service. #2 ask for billing. Not sure how that is confusing, but regardless the communication from start to finish has been apparent. If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to us anytime. For now, we went ahead and cancelled your file. Thank you.
