The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.
On December 13, 2022, Credit9 Inc and Banir Ganatra entered into a Stipulation and Final Agency Order with the Colorado Attorney General's Office. The Order settles allegations that the business directly or indirectly provided credit services to consumers who were also enrolled in debt management services with another company, to which both companies shared ownership, charged additional fees that are not in compliance with the Uniform Consumer Credit Code, and failed to disclose the fees to consumers in disclosures. Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to comply with the Uniform Consumer Credit Code and the Debt Management Services Act and maintain registration or renew registration in order to further comply and operate in Colorado, and to not enroll any new consumers in Colorado 2 years from the date of this order. Under the terms of the Order, the business agreed to pay restitution in the amount of $200,000. The Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
This action is final.

"i want to say i been paying credit 9 for 2years for a loan 0f ****** i have paid them so far ****** they say i still owe them ****** they are ripe off they say they help you but they don't i still pay them on time because i have no choice i am thinking of getting a lawyer to help me take them to court and let the judge decide if this is fair so please if you in a hole like i was for help don't use credit 9 they are rip off please pay this forward so they cant do this to anyone else thank you"
