"I just got my bill from Spectrum it's charging me 70 some dollars for my next payment coming in a couple weeks it's supposed to be $43 and down to drop it down to 36 anyway they're going to charge me $73 and change they said I had more than one line phone line and I do not I only have one line I canceled all other lines about 4 months ago they told me they don't see anything on record of my cancellation till today I says I've done it over 4 months ago and I said somebody over there is lying the girl that was lying to me was ********." ... "Spectrum send me to collections for a promotion of a free phone for a year that i didnt wanted No information was sent to me by mail only text message Spectrum had my home address"

"Spectrum is always trying to overcharge me , last time I pay my bill in full I spoke with customer service to close my account and immediately returned their equipment and now they try to charge me one extra month even service was canceled and menaced me with reporting to the credit bureau."
