      My husband and I have shopped in the Grand Junction location for years. The last two times we went in to purchase boots and jackets etc. No one said hello, how can we help you find what your looking for or even had eye contact with my husband today. This happened a month ago and I called the manager to complain. Obviously nothing has changed. We used to shop at your store once a month and we live 30 miles away. We will never shop there again and pass the news to all our friends in ****, Aspen and ************.

      Nightmare *****************Took 3 months for refund!I bought a pair of boots in July. They arrived with major scuffs on the toe of one boot. I called to return, they wanted to charge me $30 but after talking to a customer service rep, they said they were happy to have me ship complimentary and send out another pair.I waited over a month. Guess what? The next pair....was the exact same pair with the same scuffs and marks. This was a $180 pair of boots!I then was told they couldn't send me a label this time, so I paid out of pocket and emailed the *** label. We are 2 months later, and maybe, just maybe it is resolved. My refund was "stuck" in the IT deparement. No one ever contacted me to tell me it was stuck. I checked my statement two months in a row and had to contact again, and again, with snarky and rude people in customer service. NO ONE ever gave me the same information even though I asked several time to get an invoice. The invoice they sent me was incorrect and showed a refund that never came. After calling today and demanding that I speak only to a supervisor....did I get anyone who was nice and could finish my transaction. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT EVER ORDER BOOTS ONLINE FROM THEM!!!!!!

      I do apologize for our customers frustration, and I do understand how she could feel this way.  I did research the order and it does appear that she was shipped two pairs of defective boots.  This is highly unusual and would not normally happen. I do show that the last refund has been issued, however final return was done on 10/6 when the boots were returned.  The boots must be received before a refund can be processed.  All funds were credited back to the customers **** even though a gift card was used for part of the payment.

      I do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused to our customer and assure you that this is not the experience that we wish our customers to have when purchasing from us.

      I placed an order for some shirts and jeans some how my order got separated into 2 orders and I only received on of the boxes after emailing back and fourth for 3 weeks and them sending me wrong information even of someone's order in another state they told me *** denied my claim for proof of delivery what proof of delivery a signature that is not mine they are not very professional so now I am out of my money and with no merchandise!

      Ordered boots for my daughter forn$300. When they arrived they were all scratched up like they were worn then returned. Called and had them overnight me a new pair free of charge and this pair came in worse than the first pair. To charge top dollar for c*** quality is ridiculous. Needless to say I returned both pairs of boots and orders directly from Ariat. I will never order from Boot Barn again.

      Never ever fall into Boot Barn's credit card trap. They talked me into getting their card,by offering me a discount. I paid the bill in full on the first payment. Although I mailed the check two weeks before the payment was due, I was charged a late charge of 40 something dollars. That was more than my discount. I refused, to pay it, sending them a letter. They charged me a second late charge. I paid it because they were reporting it to a credit agency. I got another bill for $2.00 in "fees". I called customer service again, and was told that it was "intrest from the time the bill was sent until they received the payment". I cussed them out and hung up.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!PLEASE PASS THIS ON SO OTHERS WILL KNOW NOT TO GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP!I only give them 1 star because I can't give them 0.

      The Boot Barn Credit Card is managed through *************** We have reached out to them to address the issues that were discussed in the posted concerns by our customer. As we do sponsor the credit card, we are not the financial institution that manages the card and we do not make any decisions regarding the late fees that are posted to a members account. We do not have access to view customer accounts so I will continue to follow up until I can speak with them and advise the customer with any understanding or correction, I am able to provide.

      I ordered a pair of $400 boots. I got ones that were used, not new. Scuff marks all over the bottoms. They're Lane boots and there was no turquoise left on the bottom. How can they sell used as new?No packaging, no stuffing in the boots, no receipt and the were shipped in one box and a bag.I have to go out of my way to send back and then wait for another pair.Let's see what I get the second time around

      We do apologize that the customers' order was not received in pristine condition as it should have been. In reviewing the notes on the we have sent out a replacement boot at no charge to our customer with our apologies for the inconvenience. As a side note, these Lane boots do not support the turquoise soul as many of the Lane boots do. These boots have a leather soul with no turquoise coloring.

      **************** is ridiculous!! No reply after 9 emails and more than a month. I sent this email to them August 8th and again 8 more times. I bought a pair of ***** ******** Flag boots I believe about 2017, they fit like a glove. My feet are wide but the 8.5 M didn't even require being broke in! After several new soles, heels and years of use, I decided to make them my work boots. I went into Bootbarn ******* this July and bought another pair. I asked for a wide but was told they didn't come in wide, but a Medium. They were much snugger than my old ones, I asked several times if they were a M and was told yes. The tag doesn't say 8.5 M just 8.5 and was told wearing them would help. I wore them to church and my feet were hurting by the time I arrived home. I took them back in and asked again if they were M and was told yes. So I asked to have them stretched, which they did twice and for several days each. I was told to buy a boot tree to help stretch them. I did and it has not helped. It is now into August and I keep trying to wear them to stretch them, but my feet hurt so much, I am done trying. I now have a pair of $117.00 boots that I cannot wear and according to the receipt can no longer exchange since I've worn them, which I was told to do. I am so disappointed as they were my all time favorite boots and now they are going to sit there. And my old ones are now my work boots. I've even considered ordering a pair online and trying them as they say 8.5M but I'm still stuck with a pair of boots I can't even wear. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this problem? I was a very happy Boot Barn customer but not any longer. I would welcome any help.Thank you for your time and help. ****************??

      This is ******* I worked at ******************************************************************************************************************************************** to delete them. Yall are about Boot Barns rules I was by the book . But when you work with a team that only wants to communicate with her team you really dont learn anything. ****** always talked about doing by the book . I put my husband number in to make a customer happy . Was it wrong yes but at the time I wasnt thinking of that just making the customer happy.But ****** gives money out for free for a year, it was free boot care with every pair of boots that was sold . At least l didnt give money out are take money just a number.And Another is yall Only listen to what ****** said yall didnt call in talk to me you only took what she wanted you to here . Cant get my Job back in all by jobs never worked in that Situation. She is very unprofessional she dont do things my the boot barn rules either but is still there she took by job from me and it had nothing to do with money but she cost the company lot of money for a year I just think it was my age she wanted her team to take over that she brought in with her that is all she would talk to about any thing about the company never came to me unless she wanted to talk to me. ***** didnt even call are ask just took her word ******* ?

      As a now former employee of boot barn they are a joke I worked with nothing but teenage girls that gossip all day. And as a straight male I was targeted and then fired for cleaning my nails with a knife, and a employees dad caused a big issue in the store. HR is a joke as well saying I was unprofessional. I'd highly recommend this place being shut down. This is also in ********** ****.
