If customers wants to pay the entire transportation fee with a credit card, It can be arranged with written notice and approval which will include a surcharge of 3% and is due no later than one day after vehicle has been picked up, preferably when transporter has been assigned which is usually 2-5 business days prior to the first available pick up date.

- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We require a $100 security deposit per vehicle which will go towards the total transportation fee unless the order is canceled. This is to ensure that both ABC Auto Shipping and the customer are committed. Once an order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer with instructions to pay the initial $100 security deposit per vehicle and to answer specific questions about their moving situation. The security deposit and the questions are required to proceed with the order placed. If the order is canceled, the initial security deposit of $100 per vehicle on open car carrier trucks and $200 per vehicle on an enclosed truck is not refundable. However, If ABC Auto Shipping fails to secure a carrier, we will gladly issue a refund within 5 business days. As we get closer and have secured a carrier, we will then ask you to pay the remaining deposit online and then the remaining balance is due upon delivery to the driver in the forms of cash, cashier's check, or Money order. Customers have the option of paying the entire transportation fee electronically with a 3% credit card surcharge. Only 50% of the deposit made is refundable for emergency situations with proof and 20% without proof or for any other reasons.
