Took my car there to install fender flares brand new still in the box. Original adhesive tape was and better adhesive tape installed. That was on 08.08.24, on 08.10.24 the better tape failed causing the flare to separate and catch wind while driving on the freeway. I have tried to be in contact with ****, the owner of this shop since the day it happened. I have sent pictures of the damage and multiple text messages as well. He has blocked my number, but not before lying about ordering the replacement part, and forgetting to send me the tracking number. When the install failed he did not send the bill to my insurance company and has ignored responding to multiple calls and emails from them too. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I was a bad judge of character. It is now 09.02.24 and this still has not been resolved. I will be taking legal action to get this resolved.

Took my car in for a repair. Owner of shop did an evaluation and told me the part I needed and what it was going to cost. The day was supposed get the car the repair was double the amount agreed on. Also the repair wasn't installed correctly. An Alignment was done all four tires were off alignment when last shop alignment was all green maybe one slightly yellow And I didn't need a camber kit like this shop told I needed. So I told him to please fix it so car said another week. Went for car still same issue happened like 3-4 times. Stereo was moved, sunroof operats different, one light was broken the other yellow, engine upgrade were moved, bumper was not installed correctly gaps everywhere and he said he won't do what I takes to get aftermarket part to fit. So they why did he install it to begin with. We talked for hours to reach a resolution and he keep saying confusing questions that it was going to cost 4k to 8k . I took the car to 5 other bodyshops and they all said it was an alignment issue. I told the shop owner about what the 5 other shops said and he said that they all work different. That he did alignment and that wasn't it. He kept saying that he was responsible cause I went to get a service done that i specifically told him I wanted when I know zero about car repair. I asked him a million time for his mechanical advice and he answer with a question at the he kicked me out of his property when I paid for parts and I paid labor and drove off with a the car worse then how it got there. I reached out to the guy afterwards and apologized for what happened that day and till this day he has not replied. I need to paint my car and I can't cause of the problem now it seems no one wants to take the car. I want to try to by paint and the paint people said he doesn't feel comfortable selling the paint. It's a nightmare

Hi Mrs. Celaya wife of Diego Celaya first you posted a fake review on google about bringing a white Gladiator for repairs which you never did. And now you are posting that we took $24,000 and stole your RZR. Lets be realistic no one can steal $24,000 from an insurance company and no one can steal a RZR. The bank took possession of your husbands RZR because he wasn’t paying it and there is nothing we can do about that. If you you paid back the bank and are current with your payments then please fix that with your bank and have the bank call us. And please bring back the parts your husband took “stole” (shocks and suspension) so we can put it back together. And yes you reported us to the BAR and the case was closed in less than 2 weeks because nothing was done illegally as you guys are saying! But what is illegal is what your husband did to that RZR to submit a claim and more to try to cash out on the check, and got upset because we said no. Those two things are considered felonies so you have a nice day!
