    I am trying to return a trampoline spring pad that did not fit properly and was made poorly. The company will not respond to emails and they do not phone me back. It says they have a money back guarantee but so far no contact with them.

    Ordered replacement mat, pads and springs on Sept 12. The company charged my card and gave me a status update on Oct 17 following repeated attempts to contact. My parts were on backorder. Never heard from them again, never got my order, and have disputed my credit card charges. It has been two months with no trampoline and I am furious. Awful Company

    I give them a 0. They sold me a faulty trampoline ***** When it first started falling apart a year in 2 springs just hit the ground and **** stitching unraveling . I called company over and over leaving messages. 6 months later I finally email them , they agree to send me a new **** and then never respond to my emails with tracking after saying it will ship in 24/48 hours. I sent my husband to the factory address , he went 3 times during a work week and no one answers the door. On this web page they have yet another address and that to me is sounding shady. I spent a lot of money to fix my kids trampoline and the **** ***** hold up past a year. The companys outgoing message says due to Covid our employees work from home. COVID IS DONE ABD I FEEL LIKE THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. I should have bought a brand new trampoline for the same price.
