    I have ordered from this regularly company for nearly 13 years, dozens of thier diaper keeper overalls, not once have returned product that was not up to standard or measurements - at least 10 items- that are 150 each!My first attempt to return bc I was sent with holes due to their stupid web default, and they decide to be absolute jerks and penalize me, deducting a more than double paid for price for one which didn't fit (despite measuring and following the stated sizing!) but was tried on so not returned since it had hair on it-also billing me for original shipping- an inside out dhl bag- and an even greater stocking fee, reducing my return to less than that of a single original purchase item. Most ridiculous greed I have ever heard of!

    If I could give less than a one star rating I would. Received one $56.99 diaper that looked like something I could buy at ******* for $10. It did not begin to match the criteria advertised on the website. I sent an email 2 days ago expressing my disappointment, and have not heard a thing. Of course there is no phone number available to call.

    I cancelled the SAME DAY as I ordered. They had answered product questions immediately but ignored the TWO cancellation notifications. I will contact my bank to get a refund. Too bad because I was still going to order. This is arrogant and stupid business practice.

    I purchased an item when my dog was ill however the situation was resolved when the product arrived.Ive been getting the runaround regarding returning the product although I received a return authorization from the company and followed all instructions I had to file a dispute with my financial institution and initiate them to conduct an investigation to accomplish this. They have no one to pick up the returns as verified by the *****
