      Was lied to several times by agent and manager they blame everybody but themselves for their mistakes.i was given a date to finish paying off the policy and was told if i came before that date they wouldnt take the funds out of bank account .So I came one day before the date they gave me and payed the remaining balance off.And the next they took the funds out of the bank anyway s. went to office next day and was lied to about what happened and why it happened no body has answers just a bunch of lies.still waiting for funds to be put back into account.just don't no how this insurance company has been in business so long but yet so dishonest and not professional at all.

      I called 4 times, and tried to remove a car from my policy. Got transferred the first time, second time, got transferred back to the phone tree. ANd the third time, I asked to talk to a manager and was told I needed my policy number. This is a dereliction of duty for a customer and staff should be trained correctly. I have been a customer for over 10 years and cannot belive what I am seeing. STAY AWAY!!!!!

      Worst customer service ever! They have minimal training. They will talk back to you and be snarky and talk over you. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they will always tell you they are in a meeting and will tell you that you will get a call back. No one will ever call. They will say they are transferring you and then hang up on you. If you ask to wait they will tell you there is a 3 min time limit and then the call will automatically hang up. I had the same story as another person here. Second payment for the premium did not post and I received letter stating my policy was going to be cancelled. Their automated phone system and their website both say I don't have a payment due so I wanted to speak to a representative to confirm. The first person I spoke to didn't understand what I was asking so I asked for a supervisor. I was hung up on. When I called back another rep insisted on asking all the same identifying information and would not help me until I provided even though I just called and they notate their system on each call. I googled the companies address on the bill I received and it says permanently closed. Not sure what address they are working out of. ****** ** I guess. Not ****************.

      Do not use this insurance company. Will cancel your policy for one kick back on payment that was an accident on the banks side, then back date your policy for 2 weeks, then notify you 22 days later that you have not had insurance the whole time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Refused to help me what so ever. Worst company I've ever done business with.
