    Too expensive. Not much info. Very difficult to cancel. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Payment terms are misleading and you end up with a monthly recurring subscription when you wanted access for one month only. You must then cancel the subscription.

    Recurring charges, month after month, from a single use, is ripping people off. THAT is not spelled out when you sign up. Information obtained, certainly appeared complete and reliable. But this is a business model designed to lure you in for months and months.

    Didn't show me anything I didn't already know. Didn't have the record it says you get. Wrong emails for me, wrong relatives no marriage or divorce records. No arrest records for a relative that had been arrested. Definitely not worth the money.

    A terrible waste of my time and money. You promised so very much and delivered stuff I could have gotten from any site...and you immediately asked for more money for info that had already been promised. REQUEST A REFUND.

    Wanted to remove myself from the monthly service (was not satisfied - poor results). I called their 800 number advertised number from online (https://www.peoplewhiz.com/contact) It was forwarded to a person - and someone fumbled the phone when picked up. The quality of the call was spotty and could not hear their voice clear. Right away, it felt I was forwarded to someone's personal cell phone and not a business. I voiced my concern immediately - saying the call sounded unprofessional and that I had concern giving out my personal information to some random voice. She then hung up on my call.

    Mislead what I would get in a monthly report. Once paid then inside to get a premium report if you pay more money. What I received was very disappointing.
