      Bought Nitro pro 13 with no issues download was sent within 12 hours as listed and also shipped the media with activation code everything worked as listed also the media was shipped very quickly.

      Similar experience to the other complaint about this guy selling Turbo Tax but mine kept giving me an error regarding my basic email that was put in correctly and exactly. It prevented me from going any further with the defective digital software. Then this guy started lecturing me on how it was no big deal and I was obligated to contact Turbo Tax themselves, and that I had until such and such date to file because of the government extension. His remarks were ignorant, immature, and inappropriate. He acted like a child who was sore over losing his lunch money. in the original dispute he told my bank that he never charged me a subscription., I suppose he was trying to make up a diversionary issue to throw them off the real one which was plain and simple, the kid gave me an RMA, took my return back, and never refunded my money! I disputed and was given a chargeback against his account to mine. It's been over for a year and two weeks ago I get a collections notice for that $59 with some little interest they added on. Not only did the collection notice have no date of when it was written but I got it with two weeks left on the deadline to contact collections and deny, or get my credit reports screwed up. I just sent them the documents proving what this kid did a year ago and just waiting on my bank's letter of confirmation of resolution in my favor a year ago. Why would someone wait a year after they definitively lost a dispute and had a chargeback issued against them, wait an entire year to send, and then try their luck with a collection agency? IMHO, I think the kid nay do things like this a lot. What does he have to lose? MY ADVICE IS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE
