    We have worked with Sean Patrick HVAC on several projects, providing custom-decorated shirts, polos, hats, and vehicle graphics. While previous orders went smoothly, our recent experience has been disappointing. Since March 2023, we have been trying to collect payment for three outstanding invoices, but we've encountered repeated delays and poor communication.Our main contact, ****** ********, assured us several times that the payment would be taken care of. However, after numerous follow-ups via phone and email, no action has been taken. In one particularly unprofessional exchange, ****** used vulgar language and expletives towards us, which is highly inappropriate in a business relationship. Despite this, we remained professional, and after his outburst, he promised to payyet no payment has been made.Attempts to reach the owner, **** Patrick, have been equally unproductive. Although he promised to look into the issue, we have received no resolution and no further **************** a professional business, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and maintaining flexibility with our clients, but timely payment for honest work is essential. Unfortunately, after months of chasing payment and dealing with unprofessional behavior, we feel compelled to share our negative experience. We hope this encourages better communication and responsibility from Sean Patrick HVAC in the future.
