    Don't buy from them. I am from ************** and i purchased this in error. It was ****** charged and I immediately knew it was a mistake and tried to connect and have yet to speak to anyone. they say they are busy horrible dont buy from these scammers

    I tried to download this app and found it wasn't compatible with our car. They charged me $30 and will not refund the money for something I've never used. I have reached out multiple times to them and ****** Play who have been useless in assistance.DO NOT buy this app. Their customer service is terrible. Make sure you read the actual reviews of dealing with these cons.

    I was looking to see if my truck was compatible and then realized that I was charged through Apple for a 1 year subscription. I immediately went to cancel it through Apple, but my account was charged $69.99. I have emailed keyconnect direct, but no response. I would like a refund. The service was never used and I honestly believe this app is a scam.

    I just bought a *** and downloaded the wrong app before I realize it was a wrong app I signed up for the monthly subscription for five dollars and something cents a month but instead of charging me five dollars and something cents a month they charge me $75 and now I cannot get that back. Nobody will respond to me nobody is doing anything they just stole $75 after I agreed to five dollars a month only and then nobody will return my call to give me my money back its disgusting. This company has to be a scam

    I added the app for a digital control my new car. Once I purchased the service (that was not cheap) only to receive a message that my car was not compatible. I searched for a number to call for a refund but no luck. I attempted to chat to a rep from the website. The rep name was ******* who failed to respond to my question. The phone number I found online was no longer in service. The app is fake and this must be a straight up scam!! I just want my $70.00 back.
