    I ordered shoes for my cousin for a Christmas gift on 12/11/23 and received nothing. It is now January 2nd, **** and I contacted them after being super frustrated on not being able to just find a phone number. (Also it was advertised as 5-7 days shipping)First making you download an app to get get your tracking information is dumb. I didn't have enough memory on my phone so I had to use someone else's phone which is inconvenient. Then there was no information other than the tracking number on the app. I emailed them on 12/29/23 which they promptly responded to. And informed me that "unfortunately your order has a fraud hold". Showed no signs of that anywhere, bank or website. I just didn't receive the shoes and received NO additional information. But I was charged on 12/11/2023.I requested a refund on 1/2/24 and received it immediately after the email but if I hadn't noticed, I think they just would have kept the money. I am low income as it is. It's really not cool. If I had received an email about the "fraud hold" I would have corrected it immediately but there was no communication. My suggestion is if there are any issues on either side you contact the customer directly, and immediately. Thank you.

    Ordered these shoes because because they were new also the owner was a chef so figured he knew what he was doing. Bad mistake should have stuck to the shoes I've worn for years. Its the same old story with this company bad customer service and shoes run small. Being a business owner you need to listen to your customers and have great customer service and listen to feed back. Thats how you make it in the business for many years.

    The shoes are terrible and they charge you absurd amount for shipping to send them back, and they don't refund taxes! What a joke!

    Been wearing my first pair of Spaceclouds for ten months. After a slight break in time they have felt incredible. Keep me feeling great when I am on my feet all day.

    I will never purchase anything from this company again! Shoes did not live up to what they were advertising. Now I am continuously getting spam text messages and emails from them. I have asked multiple times to have my information removed and they still continuously spam with text and email. Horrible customer service! No phone number to contact them personally.

    These shoes are nowhere near being slip-resistant OR comfortable.I wore them for 10min in my own home and initiated a return. My feet hurt in them after literally 10min. The website clearly states you can return for a FULL free refund, but the only option for a full refund is store credit, which obviously I can't use since the product is terrible. The refund to your payment method only offers a refund minus a shipping fee. I contacted customer service, waited over a week, and they confusingly refunded the shoe minus the shipping fee, without me actually returning the shoe yet. This makes no sense and it has still not been addressed why they lie on their return policy page and why they stole the $13 out of my refund when they apparently don't even want it returned anymore. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

    Not only did the product not measure up to what I was told I was purchasing, this company is a complete and total scam. I have been trying to contact this company for months now to return my over priced shoes with absolutely no response. They have yet to acknowledge my dissatisfaction yet still try to sell me more of the product that I'm so unhappy with? ************** ever.
