The surveys were fine, but my issue is that in order to cash out, they wanted photo copies of my entire driver's license. I don't mind sharing some personal data such as my gender and race, but my entire identity is not warranted.

This is a terrible company. It is a scam. They are manufacturing the results of the surveys by kicking you out of them if you dont fit the profile of what they want especially if its at least over 50 points.

Im submitting a poor review for Survey Junkie, mainly because I feel that I was mislead and taken advantage of my time. After completing several surveys averaging roughly 13 minutes in lengthy, and answering multiple levels of personal preference/behavior questions I would ultimately finish the surveys and not receive the same vested total number of points for that survey. I would get a notification stating you dont qualify or this survey is no longer available. I would not have a problem with this is my got those notifications after answering a few qualifying questions, and not wasting too much time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Survey Junkie still received all the desired market research from me answering all the questions. This is misleading, considered false advertising, and deliberate in their intent. Ill be warning everyone I know to not waste their time.

Tried to redeem my over **** points for my cash rewards and the phone # I used they wouldn't accept. It's the only one we have that receives texts. Well, to get down to it, they said they'd need a picture ID to verify my ID. For $40.00 they aren't getting any picture ID of me. Spent a long time answering g those surveys and they *********** DIFFICULT to get the rewards.

Survey after survey states it is 8-10 minutes. But then you start and there are 8-10 minutes of extreme demographic questions including invasive financial and location questions for approximately 10-20 minutes. After answering you are disqualified from the survey and provided only 2-5 points. It seems to be an information gathering scam service now where companies can pay to get info. Any of the larger more $$ surveys require you to allow the company providing the survey blanket access to your phone data. The surveys are not really paying. I spent about 10 hours and had less than five dollars to show for it. That's way too scammy for me. Also - you already answer demographic questions when signing up so - why the disqualifications? It seems like a way to just sell private data from device access and the surveys are just a mechanism to get folks to sign over their data.

I had SurveyJunkie for 11 months and would’ve rated about a three. Yesterday out of nowhere, they are seem to get my points. I have to send a copy of my drivers license, front and back along with a video or picture of my face. I have no problem with the picture of my face but sending my drivers license through the web that’s sensitive information I would never send my drivers license I said I don’t want to do that just give me my $20 that you owe me and I will get off the site they’re saying I can’t do that so without any warning, they just changed it to a some thing that nobody should ever do, I don’t know if this is a scam or they’re trying to get out of paying people. I requested a paper copy of the money they owe me and I would just get off the site being I don’t comply but I’ve never heard back from them. This is alarming.

they have you spend ALOT of time doing surveys when they are sent to you. But when it's time to redeem any gift cards that you are rewarded with, all of a sudden your passwords don't work to redeem. You have wasted alot of time, and don't get your reward, just alot of bad information from company to change your computer issues!!!

It isn’t worth the time/effort. You don’t get enough return in points/dollars per survey. You have to take thousands of surveys to make any real money. Each survey should be worth a minimum of 100 points/$1, not pennies. I took ~140 surveys over 20 days, and I only accrued/received $14.84. That is one hour of minimum wage in my state. I spent a heck of a lot more time on these surveys than one hour. Other issues: I didn’t qualify for half of the surveys that were offered and I wasted time starting them, only to be turned away. Most surveys that were sent via email, that I clicked on within seconds of receipt, were already filled up, or after I answered some questions I was told “the quota has been filled”. I should not have been sent these surveys, wasting my time. More than half of the surveys that appeared on my app dashboard were already filled up when I clicked on them. They should not have been on my dashboard, if they were already accommodated. I again wasted time to start the surveys, only to be turned away. I took surveys and didn’t get points - I took a survey for 20 points, it thanked me for taking the survey, confirmed my email address, but no points were awarded. $5/500 point bonus boost was offered if I took 3 surveys of 10 points or more for 7 consecutive days. The 1st day I fulfilled the quota. The 2nd day I took 15 surveys and qualified for 1 over 10 points, therefore, not fulfilling the quota, and thus missing out on the bonus. On occasion, surveys take longer than stated. I committed to a 25 minute survey, but it took me 40 minutes, only to complete it and receive a message that I didn’t qualify. This last one was the last straw. I’ve cashed out, unsubscribed, and deleted the app and my account. I’ll look for other ways to provide my input and be rewarded honestly and ethically.

I have been a loyal survey taker with this company for 4 years. The first year they gave me plenty of surveys. Of course I didn't qualify for all of them but at least the opportunities where there. After complaining to them that I barely receive surveys after 4 years of loyalty they give me maybe one a day. This company has poor business practices. I don't recommend calling them out on anything because you'll be treated terribly.

Need better surveys. These are really not good. I get tired of not getting any good surveys. I can't get paid if I don't get any good results.
