I did a survey totaling 405 points. The original survey was not supposed to be longer than 20 minutes. Once in the survey it requested me to watch two videos both which totaled 40 minutes a piece. I did as requested. After watching the two videos I was disqualified out of the survey and only given three points and I got to the screen where it had said I was 97% finished. For almost 2 weeks now I have been emailing survey junkie and this is the quote I get from them "If you have any further questions or concerns, let us know simply by replying to this email. We are here 24/7 and always happy to help. Thanks for being a loyal Survey Junkie member.". When I reply to the emails for follow-up of their investigation I do not receive a response and this is happening for almost two entire weeks I have been getting disqualified from every single survey that I have been attempting to make some money off of because I do not have a job at this moment.

P-*** off. Survey Junkie is NOT ethical. I've been using it for ~1wk & gratefully racked up $8.36. I AM THANKFUL for that, don't get me wrong, but what happens next is where I draw the *************** they are NOT a company of their word..I did a ~35min survey = 70 points. I COMPLETED the survey. I'll say it again I COMPLETED the survey. I even received a "thank you for completing our survey! you will be redirected shortly!" I was redirected back to Survey Junkie & did NOT get compensated for that survey. SO I contacted customer support & this was their reply (50% of it since I'm limited w/space):"Per our records survey has been terminated as the quota has been reached. I wanted to explain how survey quotas work. When you participate in surveys, there is a specific number of responses that the survey provider is looking to collect.Quotas are set by survey providers for a few reasons. It helps to ensure that the data collected is representative of the population. By setting a quota, providers can ensure that they get enough responses from different groups, such as age, gender, or location, to accurately represent the population.Quotas also help to ensure that the data collected is statistically significant. This means that the results are reliable and can be used to make informed decisions. By setting a quota, providers can ensure that they have collected enough data to achieve statistical significance. This is a common occurrence and a part of surveys. Its important that once a survey has reached its quota, it may no longer be available. If you see a survey that you are interested in, its a good idea to complete asap.As our valued customer I have awarded you 30 points as a courtesy for all the effort and time you put into the survey. I understand this is nowhere near enough for your efforts but this is the best I can do. Best Regards"1. Be treating me like I'm dumb like idk what a quota is 2) Quota has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PROBLEM/YOUR SOFTWARE PROBLEM!

When I signed on to Survey Junkie, I chose direct payment to my checking account for redeemed points. I redeemed points twice. On the third attempt, drivers lD and a photo was required. I read that this was a trial on their website. I did not consent to giving my drivers ID and photo. I feel that this is an invasion of my right to privacy. My concerns are always met with my account is in good standing, and that I should have no problem redeeming points. I did not give informed consent to for sharing my drivers ID and photo. its the same song and dance every time I try to redeem my points. Its as if there is a scripted response to my concerns. Do I need to hire a forensic accountant to rectify my concerns? Survey Junkie owes me money which I earned taking surveys.

After searching thru the given complaints and investigations of such there was a persistent pattern of someone else did it? Conclusion after pert little expected excuse response from accused company. So I see no point in entering my similar incident. You make it sound like why did you even bother us with this incident? This is how it works. Anyway no resolution possible unless a known specific company wrapped in all inclusive package dropped in your lap. So not going to waste anymore of my time

I have been a survey Junkie for years . Dropped out for awhile now I am back. Positives : a good mind exercise during morning coffee or waiting for an appt during day. A good way to utilize downtime . Yes they pay. Yes into yr checking or PayPal or **** cards. Prepare yourself for staying on a survey more ths. 20 min and only receiving .35 cents. Used to be better years ago . They gave $5.00 incentives for taking certain # of surveys. Very hard today because one can start a survey after a few min having patience to answer their questions , they throw you off saying not qualified and give you .02 cents or 0.3cents Severe cons; up until 2 wkz ago I was cashing out and new regulations came up. Have to give them your identity. Picture ID like drivers license front and back . Picture of yourself live to prove it matches the photo ID other forms of ID I got involved w/survey Junkie because answers were anonymous no names given no address. Only asks for dob and age and gender. I'm NOT comfortable giving my photo , personal Id.drivers lic # my address to cash in. I don't want to do that. Seems I have no choice Survey Junkie has the money I earned . I can't get In the format I used to unless personal info is given. I worked hours for nothing .they embezzled my earned cash .I was not informed weeks ago they were Changing the rules and before going further have us check off we consent to giving a photo of ourselves & personal ID With all the identity theft going on and hacking into systems no way do I trust they are 100% secure .Until I get paid of what they owe me I will not participate any longer.

I have been taking surveys on Survey Junkie for a while. Never had any problem till recently when i tried to cash out. They wanted a photo and stuff to ID me. This place needs to be shut down, I asked them to delete my Survey Junkie account. Haven't got an email from them yet. I refuse to log back into that site.

Ive been doing surveys for awhile on survey junkie and cash out multiple times. They asked me for a account verification, because i had a second account from aawhile back i forgot about. So i had to upload i.d and what not and they asked me which account i want to keep. So i told them. Now three weeks later they locked my account again and saying they need account verification ..like wtf. I already gave it to you. Now what is going on ??? Im upset.

After being a member of Survey Junkie for a few years, all of a sudden, when I went to cash in points for a lousy $5.00 gift card, they hassled me with a ridiculous verification process where I had to send them a copy of my drivers license AND take a selfie! I'm 70 years old and I don't know how to take a picture and load it on my computer. PLUS, even if I DID know how to do it, I'm uncomfortable copying my license and ******** it to them! On their own help page they say you may be asked to verify with a code sent by email, so why am I not afforded this option. Absolutely HORRIBLE treatment of a Senior!

Waa terrific the first week or 2, now it *****. Complete a survey only to be told it just filled up, and they give you 2 points instead of the 85 you were supposed to earn. When you complain, they tell you it's your fault or they can't predict how quickly a survey will fill.
