    I am unable to cash out my credits on the web browser or the app. I have tried twice and have been locked out twice. Each time for an hour. I just want to redeem my funds via PayPal so I can feed my children tonight. It's very inconvenient that only 5,500 users/ members can redeem in a day; or whatever BS accuse I see them responding to posts here. It's ridiculous! Didn't have any issues the first time I cashed out..so why does it have to be an issue now? Then to make someone wait 2 days for a response is not acceptable. I'm sure the person responding to these complaints/ reviews does not have to wait 2 days for their paycheck from the date they expect it. I was just starting to like survey junkie but this is BAD BUSINESS!
