    **************** is very stubborn and refuses to help. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the last 15 years or so and for the most part have gotten good quality and delivery. However, when it's time for customer service to help with a problem, they are very sweet and say sorry, we can't help you. All we want now is to have them replace a defective feather flag pole, and they **** not do that.

    We are satisfied that 4over has decided to replace our defective flag pole. I will say that the only reason they decided to do this is because of the negative review on BBB, and not from our direct request. Yes we will continue to do business with 4over because they provide quality products at a good price.

    Poor quality and even poorer customer service. I keep trying to use these guys but I am giving up now. This is like the 12th job I have gotten printed wrong, cut wrong, or shipped to the wrong address. **************** is useless and never wants to make it right. Their website doesn't function properly. I used their downloadable template and still, the job was folded wrong. I have been doing this for 25 years and I spent 10 of that in prepress specifically. Don't bother. You get what you pay for.

    4over contacted the customer directly and assisted her. She has direct contact with a team member to help her with her next few orders to make sure all goes well. The customer stated she was happy and appreciated the extra effort in working with her.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Its like dealing with Walmart, they know they are cheap and convenient so they feel it is okay to not care that their customers are unhappy. Every time I call or deal with them, I get no help and they tell me I cannot speak with a supervisor. I will stop using them, no matter how cheap they are.

    They are not honest when it comes to shipping charges. A recent order had 4 boxes weight 22-23 lbs each. Yet, each box has printed on it 52 lbs. They were charging $109.56 for 2 boxes and when checking my UPS rates this should have been $26.15 per box. After numerous times reaching out to them I called and was told someone would call me back that day of the next. That didn't happen. Some emails were sent with no reply. Finally I told them bad news travels fast. I then received a reply from customer service. Her message reads: "will be happy to assist you regarding the shipping cost for B... & B.... The shipping price you were provided is correct. We have not only shipping cost but box fee and handling worked in so it will be more than what they see on UPS site. If you feel otherwise you can email shipping at... and they will be able to check with UPS." What a laugh, a box fee. That would be $1-$2 for a box. Then there is what they claim is a handling fee-WHAT? There are unwilling to make any concessions and do not seem to care about customers returning. If I could offer a -minus- star that would win the award!

    4Over called the other day and they are working to see why the shipping rate is not accurate, not matching my rate or being better than I receive. They must have a larger discount based on their large volume. The rate I was able to obtain from UPS with Worldship and my discount is considerably less than they charged. They stated their markup is $8 which is understandable to cover packing and box cost. I was informed they will continue to investigate.

    4over contacted this customer directly to discuss his concerns regarding the shipping pricing on his order. We have accurately verified the weight and shipping costs for his order in our systems and with UPS our shipping provider.
