    We signed up for a membership for all 4 family members. Employee let us know we can cancel anytime. We had a couple bad experiences during visits so we decided to cancel before our next months renewal. Couldnt get a hold of anyone. Left a vm. They called me back and left a generic message instead of helping me get my membership canceled. Finally got a hold of someone and they walked me through online cancellation. Didnt work, no online system reply. They kept charging us although we never stepped foot in there again. Went in person, called, no help. One employee finally said theres a glitch in the system as of June 1 since they reset the system, online cancellations arent connected to our account. We kept getting charged and I kept trying to cancel. Finally I got cancellation confirmation then the next few days they still charged us. We had to shut down our card to get them to stop charging us. Wrote back to the cancellation email because theres not other way to contact them and they made me jump through hoops to prove my story, didnt believe me, gaslighted me and said theres nothing wrong with any of their systems, that me membership is canceled and ignored all of my valid legitimate requests for a refund. Im reporting them for theft and the Better Business Bureau. Theyre criminals.
