    I ordered a blanket for a Mother's Day gift it did not arrive on time and before I got the product I told them not to ship. The product was shipped and I returned to the address they have on their website for the warehouse. I told my bank to stop payment and the company came back saying the refund was refused because I was shipped the product. On their website they show their manufacture out of ******* and come visit their shop there. I called them out on that and they told me no all products are US made. I call that lying to a customer. So now I have no product and they have my money. Definitely not a company that is based on good customer service.
