    I placed order number M509UH51 for a ******* hard drive part number 2EL112-500 on 9/5/2024. I finally received the order on 9/16/2024, and I was sent a used/refurbished hard drive. It does not say anywhere on the product web page that the item is used or refurbished, the items are represented as being NEW. The price was $228, which is also the market price for a NEW drive of this model. A used/refurbished drive would be half that price at best. Memory4less has scammed me. I have called their support which directs me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and no one ever calls me back. I sent emails and get no response. I tried their online chat and the agent never replies. Memory4Less is a SCAM and I demand a full refund.

    Since the beginning we've experienced so many delays in getting the product, replies from the company and miscommunication. After asking a refund, we were told that we are approved, then we were told there would be 25% restocking fee, we denied this, we were told to wait for managers call back (*****) with the final decision, then they canceled our *** because we didnt send the product. We didnt send the product because those were the directions we were given on the phone by employee named *******. Every step and decision required NUMEROUS follow **** Considering the busy travels, we would follow up a week or so later so this whole situation turned into MONTHS. Now the company is not agreeing to a full refund even though the product is in a perfect condition, IS NOT OPEN, in the same exact box and condition the company sent to us.
