    This company came to my house last summer. Thinned 2 large trees, removed 2 trees close to my house, and were supposed to thin another large tree by my house & propane tank. They forgot to do the last tree. I called owner within next day to let him know his crew forgot to do the last tree. I paid for all of the trees on second day at end of work. I didn't walk around to see work done before paying as I was just 4 weeks out of knee surgery. Owner said they would come back to finish missed tree. That was in August 2022. I called again Sept, Nov., Feb 2023, March & the beginning of April to see when they were coming to finish the job I had already paid them to do. Well here I am May 18th, the tree split in two, fell on my wheelhouse, and has pinned 4 of my animals in an animal pin. I called owner & got ahold of him 1 time, morning after tree split. Notified him it was an emergency as I can't get my animals out of the pin nor get to food or water for them. He said he was on another job, & would have to look at his paperwork. Well he has evaded all of my pleas for help to rescue my animals for 4 days now. He won't return any of my calls. I am not sure why he doesn't honor his work, or come to help me get part of the tree off cage so I can get to my animals. I would not recommend him to anyone if this is how he runs his business. He advertises he is licensed & insured. Beware of him.
