      We have been customers for several years. Over the last few months we have been having problems getting service regularly. I've had to call them every month for the last few months to check on when we would be getting a tech out. Once they just forgot all together. Today a tech came out to my home, dropped off my bill and then left. He performed no service whatsoever. When I called the office to ask what was going on I was met with an extremely defensive and rude woman. First she tried to gaslight me into saying it wasn't a bill and there were no charges one my account. Then she told me she could send the tech back out to finish the service. Well yes of course you charged me for service that was not performed, then tried back peddling and making every excuse as to why it wasn't a bill, but never gave me an answer as to why this occurred. No apology or resolution whatsoever. I was met with only defensiveness the moment I called. I just happened to be working from home today to know what happened. I wonder how many times they have done this to me. Since she would not answer my reasonable questions I told her it would be best if we went somewhere else for pest control service, she said "your canceled" then hung up on me. Their website doesn't work the phone number listed here doesn't work. Beware do not use this business for service. Things have changed and they are not trustworthy or reliable at all. You lost a long term customer.
