    Scammers and thieves! They claim to be working directly for **** support and steal your money claiming to be renewing your subscription. Called me 3 years later trying to scam me again. Reported to **** and the BBB again.

    I also had the same experience with “A***” but did not discover that it was a scam until Arlo company came out with their policy of the end of life for some of their cameras this past March.
    I contacted the company through the support site on the app stating that I wanted a refund for the 249.99 I paid for life time service. The two representatives I spoke with via the internet said they had no info on my call and that the copy of the credit card statement showed it was for Micro Software Squad.
    The two companies have to be affiliated because I called Arlo as my cameras were off and I could not reset them. However the better business bureau couldn’t help me. Or could the credit card company.
    I have now contact the North Carolina Attorney General and will also contact
    The SEC.
    I would also think with as many complaints listed on this site that Arlo is aware of Micro Software Squad action and chooses not to do anything about it.
