    This manager is rude, when I tried to cancel my insurance I was told they would mail me a form to sign because I live out of state. I waited several weeks yet nothing came. I called today to ask why they charged me for insurance and was told they already took the payment out of autopay. I asked for my money back and was told the manager would have to call me. A few minutes later the manager called and insisted they mailed the form to me. I said I never received it. We went back and forth when the manager got angry and told me she was calling me from her vacation and if I wasn’t going to accept what she said to just move my shit out. Then she hung up on me. I called her back to say I wanted that form and if they didn’t send it, I would be turning her into the insurance company as fraud. Then she called me back and left a message saying I threatened her and if I do it again she will get her attorney after me. Unbelievable! She is an angry, unprofessional person. To bad the company is getting a bad wrap for her behavior.
