    Do not do business with them. They aren't what they used to be.We paid $15,000 for a solar panel back up battery (that won't even talk to my solar panels like they promised it would). It has never worked as promised. Allbritten came out repeatedly trying to fix it, and it still doesn't work as promised. We had a second *********** come out to look at it, and he said that it isn't doing anything that a standard $5,000 generator could do. To add insult to injury, instead of making it right by taking it back and returning our money, all they want to give us is a $2,500 service credit. Long time customers, tens of thousands of dollars spent with them, and this is how they treat us. Absolutely shameful.

    We've been clients of Allbritten for years now, and their plumbing and AC guys are great. They've installed a new AC system for us, and have been taking care of it for a couple of years - no complaints.What's prompted me to write this is on their electrical side. We decided that we wanted to investigate battery backup for our home, as we have solar panels that could charge them during non-peak hours and thereby save us some money. We contacted Allbritten and they sold us on a $15,000 system that did not meet our needs. The system doesn't allow us to use excess solar energy to charge the batteries, so we have to set up this hacky workaround where we schedule when the batteries charge in the hopes that it aligns with our maximum solar input. The system's battery is also too small to run our home during the peak pricing hours, so we're not even getting the benefit we wanted.I wouldn't have resorted to an online review but, despite months of calls and visits, nothing has been resolved. In fact, it now appears that their electrical manager, ****, is completely ignoring my calls. In summary, I would recommend Allbritten's AC and plumbing services, but I'd think twice about going with them for large purchases, particularly if their electrical department would be involved.

    ****** ****** arrived promptly after a call from Allbritten letting us know he was on the way. The following things he exhibited are very important to us: He was very professional (not a pushy salesman), courteous, and friendly. He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. He then explained the maintenance to be done (HVAC) and completed it in a timely manner. Allbritten may be a little more costly than others but getting the job done right the first time is worth it! In the past we have trusted them for our HVAC and plumbing needs and will continue to in the future.

    IN THE MID 2021, I NEEDED A TONE-UP DONE TO MY HVAC, THAT IT WAS DONE BY THE ALLBRITTEN TECHNICIAN AND PAID FOR BY ME. I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE PAGE TO RETRIEVE MY RECEIPT AND I CAME ACROSS THIS NEW SERVICE THEY WERE OFFERING, CALLED "MAINTENANCE PROGRAM", THAT SERVICE OFFERED A TWICE/YEAR VISIT FROM AN ALLBRITTEN TECHNICIAN TO MAKE SURE HVAC AND HEAT FURNACE WERE WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE SUMMER AN WINTER BEGINS, RESPECTIVELY. ALSO 15% DISCOUNT AND SAME DAY SERVICE IF AND WHEN I NEED IT. AT THE TIME, I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD DEAL TO PARTICIPATE, SO A CALLED ALLBRITTEN OFFICE AND PROVIDED MY BANK INFORMATION, WHICH "THEY'D USE TO WHITDRAW $20 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE 16TH OF EVERY MONTH... BUT BEFORE THAT SHE DOUBLED CHECK MY NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. - NO CONTRACT TO SIGN, NO INFORMATION ABOUT EARLY CANCELATION FEES AT ALL - IN A MATTER OF 5MIN. IT WAS DONE! NOW I'M PART OF THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM!FOR THE FIRST 2 YEARS IT WAS VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE THAT SERVICE. IT WAS GOOD TO KNOW THAT MY OLD HVAC WAS IN WORKING ORDER.BUT THEN IT BECAME REPETITIVE, NO ISSUES, BUT THE TECHNICIAN SPENT MOST OF HIS VISIT TIME TRYING TO CONVINCE TO BUY A NEW HVAC SYSTEM FROM ALLBRITTEN.ON 08/06/2024 A PLACE 2 PHONE CALLS TO INFORM THEM ABOUT MY DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PROGRAM ONLY, I'D STILL USE THEIR SERVICES AND PAY FULL PRICE FOR IT WHEN I NEED SERVICE AGAIN.THE FIRST CALL "SHE" SOUNDED SURPRISE AND UNSURE, I WAS TOLD SHE'LL HAVE TO CHECK WITH HER SUPERVISOR AND IF I OWED ANY MONEY (?), THEY WOULD CONTACT ME AGAIN.THE SECOND PHONE CALL ANOTHER "SHE", TOLD I"D HAVE TO PAY BACK ANY DISCOUNTS I RECEIVED, WHILE IN THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (?!). AGAIN, I WAS TOLD SOMEBODY FROM ALLBRITTEN WOULD CONTACT ME.AFTER THE FIRST WEEK HAS PASSED WITH NO PHONE CALLS, I BECAME WORRIED ABOUT ALLBRITTEN BUSINESS PRACTICES, SO I CALLED MY BANKER, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND HE ADVISED ME TO PLACE A "STOP PAYMENT" IMMEDIATELLY. ALLBRITTEN HAS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

    I cant speak highly night about this company. Everyone who has come out to our house has been kind, helpful, and generous. ********** and ******* N did our install and they were amazing. First, it is 110 in ****** and these guys worked hard, cleaned up, and gave us a ton of information about our new system. Also, ************** (the first technician) and **************** (last technician during install) were knowledgeable and helpful. ********, who did the measurements was helpful and *******, who helped with sales was incredibly well informed and gave us great tips on other ways to implement passive insulation. Thank you!

    ******************* came up today to perform our annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He was perfectly professional, very kind and knowledgeable about OUR system. He performed a very thorough examination of the system before proposing that we change out aa Capacitor to ensure a longer future for our condenser. He changed filters, ensured the appropriate levels of coolness in the vents and thoroughly also checked out the heater.*** was in no hurry. It was obvious that he wanted me to feel that he was providing excellent service, which he certainly did.I couldn't be more pleased. *** came in as a professional HVAC technician and left as a friend.

    ******, ******** and ************** from Allbritten arrived promptly with a text prior to let me know they were on their way. ****** explained the steps they were going to take starting with checking the inside thermostat, finding out where the breaker box was located, where the attic crawl space was and the best place to access the unit on the roof. The crane arrived shortly afterwards. The crane operator determined that he would have to use our driveway to access the 5-ton AC unit so ****** went over the waiver in case the driveway gets damaged. Everything went smoothly removing the old unit and replacing it with the new unit. Each person had a task and did their job during the entire process with precision. ****** described each step and what was going to happen next. He was very patient as I tried to create the Ecobee account and explained how to use the app to manage and control your temperature within the house and remotely from the cell phone. They had to access the attic through the bedroom closet to cap the gas. They covered the bed with plastic and the floor with canvas. After they were done ****** vacuumed the areas and had me check to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. Despite the temperatures reaching 104 that ****************** and his crew never slowed down. They did what they had to do to complete the installation and were always pleasant, courteous and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate this hard working Allbritten team and would highly recommend them.

    **************************************************** throroughly diagnosed and correctly repaired our Furnance. My primary HVAC *** said Heat Exchanger destroyed. 3 month wait time so need new furnace . $$$$. I called Allbritten for second opinion. Heat Exchanger had no damage, changed another part and repaired furnace. Allbritten took my call on Saturday, same day inspection, part ordered Monday and repaired Tuesday. I cancelled my service plan with the other HVAC *** and signed up with Allbritten. They earned my trust and business. Everyone at Allbritten and ****** were exceptional.
