      not trustworthy..... Tried to sell me on a new system i did not need 13,000.00$

      I have had some mixed feelings regarding service from this company. I received a sales call talking me into purchasing their $99 membership. I told the person who called that I only had a swamp cooler and would this be covered. Was told yes, so I purchased the membership. I scheduled an appointment to get the swamp cooler maintenance. Was told the membership only covered HVAC systems. I then inquired regarding my furnace and was told it was not covered either. I can understand there could be some confusion but I seem to get whatever answer is easiest. I have had some positive interactions and have referred friends to your company.

      I have had several different HVAC workers out and I am so glad that instead I called Balanced Comfort because they are absolutely fantastic in every way. It was very clear that ************** knew exactly what he was doing, but he also didnt want us to just waste our money needlessly and carefully explained what our options might be. It was definitely because of him that we went with this company and then when I spoke with a partial owner at the office , he was equally as understanding and professional. We have hit sort of a financial bump in the road, but were desperately going to need a new Air conditioner and not only were they compassionate and understanding, but they worked with us and in a world where customer service is typically so bad this company shines. Im A business owner and the customer service I received was exactly what I would want. My staff behaving when they meet our customers. Not only will I never go anywhere else, but I will encourage everyone I know who has a heating or air-conditioning issue to call balanced comfort. I promise she wont be sorry if you call these guys.

      ****** made scheduling my service for three homes very easy. She let me know what to expect during the appointments and even offered a weekend (I'm a teacher, so that's a huge help). A gentleman from the office called to let me know that the technician was running towards the end of their appointment window. Anais arrived within the window, was very professional and friendly. She let me know what to expect during the service and when she finished she showed me pictures of everything and made some recommendations to help extend the life of my air conditioner (it's getting up there in age) which I really appreciate. Thank you!
