    we had a shower installed around 5 to 10 years ago,we have had to have the sealent used to seal the panels replaced atleast 10 to 15 times ,it has issues with mold forming in it, just recently they came and replaced the sealent and it is now moldy again, i called them 3 different times in the past week and they never call me back, im about ready to ask for my money back im so disgusted even the new owners arent returning my calls i was told they are in meetings every time i call and that they will call back and never do

    Mr. ***** ****** did call our office on January 24th & spoke to our production manager ****** *****. She is looking into this situation so she can see how she can  be of assistance in getting this issue resolved for him. All the issues Mr. ****** is speaking of was under the old owner. We have been under new ownership for the last year year & a half. Now that we have been made aware of what's going on she is assessing it & has been in contact with the client yesterday & the day before as well. Thank you,

    ZERO STARS! Unprofessional and Dishonest. I hired Patio King in March 2022 to build a patio cover. The completion price was $8,240. I was charged a deposit of $1,640. PLUS additional fees and permits. After they did not show up on the agreed date, 6/1/2022, I contacted them to cancel the build. I was met with unprofessionalism, threats and hostility. I explained, due to the delay and unforeseen circumstances, I would be selling my home and I no longer needed the cover. On 6/20/22 I was contact by Patio King with a new build date. I was told materials would be dumped off and I would be charged the full amount of the build. The new date was AFTER my home was to be sold. I contacted Patio King on 6/28/22 to negotiate a solution. I was informed a Mechanics Lien was placed on my property. I never received a copy of the Lien as required by law. I contacted the county recorders office and discovered a Lien had been placed on 6/23/22 in the amount of $8,240. After contacting an attorney I learned Patio King violated the law by charging me a deposit OVER the legal limit. They also broke their own agreement by not delivering the product timely. When notifying Patio King of their violation, I was told they were FULLY aware of the Deposit Law, but yet they deemed it acceptable to break it. I also questioned why the FULL build price was on the Lien when I already paid them $1,640. PLUS FEES? They admitted to FALSIFYING a legal document by NOT deducting what had already been paid. They claimed I would get my deposit back AFTER the Lien was paid. When I informed them I would be filing a complaint with the contractors board and perusing legal action, they agreed to remove the Lien. Patio Kings unlawful actions delayed the sale of my home. I never received any materials or services from Patio King. They placed a Lien against my property without merit and attempted to extort additional funds not due them. They tried to bully me into paying for something I never received.
