    I called ITalkBB on Feb. 11th 2025 to cancel my phone service. when she asked me what to do with my number, acctually I didn't know, I don't care, then she said call back when you decide, and she never told me will continue to charge, I thought I canceled already on that date. After charge me twice after my first call, I called them back and ask why kept charging me. I also call credit ard dispute center. Today March 19th 2025 when I talked to ITalkBB one of customer specialist which has work number 1111418 I think, he asked me "do you understand what people say" in ******* ????????***** ** **** **** ** ******* *** ********** *** ***********

    Dear Mr. **** We are very gratefu for having you as our customer for many years and letting us know your unpleasant experience which we feel very sorry. In the last few minutes of your cancellation call on 2/11/2025, our *** asked you if you need to keep your long-time-used number and tranfer it to other service providers, and you asked if it can be transferred to a mobile number. After positive answer from our *** you told her you would think about it. At this time our *** told you to call again to cancel the account after you finished your number transfer, but you didn't call back to confirm the cancellation. You probably didn't pay much attention to what she told you, but the message was made very cearly. We can download that recording and send to you if you need to verify.This is clearly miscommunications problem. We have asked our service ***'s in the future to recap the important statements and make sure the csutomers understand so that such kind of misunderstandings can be avoided.Thank you again and wish you the best.iTalkBB *****************

    In March of this year, I subscribed to three cameras from Italk BB under a mandatory two-year service contract. In early August, when I needed to retrieve footage, I discovered the recordings were empty. I contacted customer service, who blamed my network and instructed me to restart each device on my own. With the cameras installed high up, I asked if a technician could assist, but customer service informed me that they dont provide technical support and that an on-site visit would require an extra fee. With no choice, I followed their instructions over the phone to reboot and reconnect the devices.Since then,i noticed that the cameras have constantly disconnected and failed to work. Despite endless reboots and attempts to reconnect, the problem continued. Every other device on my network worked perfectly, raising suspicions about Italk BBs equipment quality. After several more futile attempts, I contacted customer service to cancel the service, only to be informed that, since more than 30 days had passed, canceling would incur a nearly $400 fee. Left with few options, I reluctantly agreed to yet another round of testing, rebooting, and reconnecting as guided by their customer service.After countless tries, the monitoring devices failed completely in mid-October. I called customer service yet again, endured long waits, and repeated ineffective tests, only to confirm that the equipment itself was faulty. Their solution was for me to purchase new equipment at my own expense; otherwise, Id be unable to use the cameras but would still be required to pay nearly $30 per month until the end of the two-year contract. Unable to accept such unfair terms, I requested a free replacement, but the company refused. Now, Im left with three non-functional cameras and a $30 monthly bill until the contract expires.

    I signed up for a TV streaming box from iTalkBB a few months ago, which was fine at first. But they recently contacted me out of nowhere and told me that I was responsible for a phone number sending out illegal spam messages! They told me I signed up for a phone number through them (I never did that). They told me I had provided a picture of my passport to them to verify my identity when signing up (I DEFINITELY never did that).Then they told me that the signup was from an IP address in ***** two weeks ago, when I haven't left *****************. So it obviously wasn't me, but they still were trying to tell me that I would be in trouble! They wanted to get my real phone number canceled, they wanted to involve the ******** police department... Just an absolute nightmare being put on me, when it was actually their own problem with allowing a fraudster to sign up. The whole call was very suspicious, like they were trying to scam me or get something out of me, although I can't quite figure out how.iTalkBB needs to get their security under control and not try to dump their own problems on their legitimate customers. If this is any indication, at some point their entire block of phone numbers might get blacklisted for allowing too much spam, which would not be fun if you were trying to use one for your own phone! You will probably want to stay away unless you like dealing with incompetence and bad security.

    Sold my phone number to ******* scammers, their website made false claims about using their app to receive verification texts, could not receive any texts even from their own customer support. When trying to cancel theyll try to convince you to wait until the end of the trial period so you forget and continue to charge you.

    I used italkBB for many years, mainly for international calls. As international calls are no longer required, I requested to stop the service. The representative agreed over the phone, but the monthly charges keep on coming. When called second time, I was told the charge was for keeping the phone number, and I told them there is no need to keep the number. Then the charge is still there. When called the third time, I was told a box has to be returned or will be charged $70. Why not to tell me all in the first call? This company is not honest at all, but just try to charge extra $.

Our Service rep suggested you transfer the service to your friend, and you agree to keep the account before you check with friend;You called second time on 3/28/2023, Our service rep offered you refund $3.95 for 6 month and close the ***** number to save $0.99 per month, and you agree to keep the service;You called the third time on 5/3/2023 for cancellation and your service account was cancelled this time. Keep in mind that you need to return the device as instructed in the confirmation email.Thank you.

    This company tries to make it very difficult to cancel your subscription.They told me in perfect English that their customer service representatives do not speak English. They required that we call them using the original cell phone that was used to register the plan years ago. They asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the service.Gross barriers used to prevent people from cancelling their service.This business should NOT have a B rating ...
