    I just received insurance through this company. I have to undergo dental surgery to remove a black, broken, and decaying tooth. They called IMS to see about coverage, and the company would not tell them what they would cover, or how much. The dentist office has to submit a form stating what they're going to do, and WHY I need sedation. If they FEEL I don't need it, even though the dentist legit has to cut open my mouth to do it, I have to pay for the sedation myself. This company doesn't give what it promises. Will be cancelling my policy the moment I'm able.
